All invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe stated in your service contract or invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Where applicable, we may rely on third-party platforms such as Microsoft 365. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by such platforms, though we will support you in resolving them.
